Sugarcane bagasse pulp is a byproduct of sugarcane processing. This is the most effective alternative to wood pulp. Different types of paper are made from pulp, such as packaging boxes, printing papers, tissues, and newsprint.
For further processing, the pulp is mixed with water and other chemicals. After the mixer has been placed in a Vibro sifter, the pulp and wastewater are separated. It is now possible to separate clear water from wastewater by further screening the wastewater. The process is referred to as backwater. The clearwater can be reused in the mixer.
