SIVTEK Self Cleaning Filter are designed to provide optimal filtration of liquid substances, including watery applications and highly viscous materials. With the help of its automatic filters, suspended and unwanted particles can be removed from the substance.

In comparison to conventional self-cleaning strainers, automatic filters are considered to be the most effective. This automatic self cleaning filter works on the principle of Delta P and regulates the pressure differential for continuous filtering in an automatic manner.

In addition to the fact that SIVTEK Self-Cleaning Filters are among the best in the market, but one of the most impressive properties of our product is its ability to continuously process substances, whether it is 24 hours a day or 7 days a week.

Because of its ingenious and robust design, the automatic filter can keep on working without changing the filters. We’ve got pneumatic actuators installed with cleaning disks in our automatic filters, where conventional filters need cleaning after every batch.

Solid particles accumulated in the mesh basket are collected and cleaned intuitively with the cleaning disk. It can filter liquids up to 250°C. Self-cleaning Filters are made entirely from high-grade stainless steel, ensuring top durability and integrity. The product is available in four szes: 2″, 4″, 6″, and 8″.

    SET AND BE FREE AUTOMATIC FILTERING MACHINE

    As unfiltered liquid enters the filter through the top, large solids are deposited on the inside surface of the filter while clean liquid is deposited at the bottom. Pneumatic actuators drive the cleaning discs to remove solids depending on the filter's operation. Cleaning discs have doctoring and wiping edges, which scrape and wipe the screen. During the upstroke, the discs remove particles from the screen, and during the downstroke, the discs reclean the screen. Thus, all retained solids are concentrated in the collection chamber, where they are physically removed.
