Dispersion is one of the main processes involved in the manufacture of paint, ink, and coatings. Mixing oil mixed paste, pigments, resins, additives, and some other raw materials is necessary when creating the product. Ultimately, the paste is filled into a high-speed dispersion mill for unification into solvent form and a fine-quality outcome.
To achieve the final product, dispersion system must be passed through, which requires grinding media. In order to determine the actual particle size, the grinding media (stainless steel balls) must be continuously rotated. Through this continuous operation, grinding media sizes are determined, which adversely affects the final product’s quality and capacity.
