Committed To Quality, Committed To You
Manufacturers of rice flour use whole or broken rice grains to create the product. Several types of kernels are used to make flour, including brown and white kernels. There is a difference between waxy and non-waxy rice; manufacturers grind both types of rice when grinding. Most manufacturers mill rice flour mainly through dry-milling or wet-milling methods.
The dry milling process involves straight grinding rice kernels to produce flour. When wet milling rice, it is first soaked in water for a period of time, which allows its internal structure to become more suitable for milling. It is better to mill rice flour wet rather than dry since this process causes less damage to the starch.
Now that the rice flour has been milled, you will need the Vibro sifter to sieve it, in order to ensure the quality of the food. A specific amount of flour is required. With our Vibro separator, you can provide them with rice flour of the same size, with the same quality.
It is well known that if we do not maintain these kinds of items properly, there is a possibility that they will develop bugs. In addition, if they have not been sieved properly in the first place, there is a possibility of contamination in them. We will certainly not deliver such products. We can therefore use our gyratory separator as an inspection tool before delivering such products. This specially designed Vibro screen model is used to check screen flour before packaging and ensure quality.
Our product page lists a wide range of sieving flour products which you can find on our website. Any of these options may be chosen based on your requirements. For use in standalone applications, we recommend our Vibro sifter or rectangular separator. If you require an inline unit that can be integrated into your existing system, we recommend our inline sifter or centrifugal sifter.
