Firstly, the dried chilies obtained from local farmers & farm vendors are cleaned to remove small stones, sand or clay particles, leaves, dust, and other unwanted contaminants. In other words, a separator must be used at the beginning of the process to separate and remove solid contaminants like sand, clay, stones, and dust.
Having sieved the chilies to remove contaminants, the next step is to dry clean the surfaces to ensure they are free of contaminants. Dry cleaning is followed by stem cutting.
The chilies will be dried & moved for crushing if they contain a little bit of moisture. Moreover, if they are already fully dry, they will be moved directly to the crushing line. To turn chili into powder, it is pulverized and milled.
Sterilizing powder begins by passing it through UV rays. To ensure that the oil retains its flavours, mixing and blending are carried out after sterilizing it.
As soon as the whole process is complete, the most significant process takes place just before packaging. It’s also imperative to sieve, check screens, and make sure everything is safe.
