As part of the manufacturing process of detergent powder, grading of material is required at the initial stage in order to remove impurities and foreign particles. Using one of our sieves such as the Vibro Sifter or Super SIVTEK® with fine mesh can be the most cost-effective method of grading detergent powders.
The final material must be screened during packaging to eliminate any hard & unwanted particles from entering the finished product. The SIVTEK® and Roto Sifter ranges of our screening machines can be used for check-screening purposes.
