Raw materials such as china clay, feldspar, alumina, and others are used in the manufacturing of insulators. In order to create a fine product, all raw materials must be in fine form. All unwanted substances and foreign particles must be removed from the raw material before it is processed.
Having screened all the raw materials, the slurry is prepared by mixing them with a liquid substance. Since all of the mixtures are in slurry form, they will need to be filtered once again.
