As one of the most powerful Inline Sivtek Dual Motor on the market, the Inline Sivtek Double Motor separator takes our single motored inline separators to a whole new level. The machine can produce optimal results in processing fine mesh products and can drastically reduce the time it takes to screen your products.

Designed with two vertically mounted motors, the IInline sifter offers a considerable increase in the vibration and output efficiency of the machine. The screening material moves in a circular motion due to the vibrations generated by the machine which increase sieving speed.

Despite its acute design, this machine has high functionality. Inline sifters reduce screening time by minimizing material movement by strategically installing the inlet and material discharge outlet in the center line.

CHECK SCREENING IN CONFINED SPACES

The Inline Sivtek Double Motor allows you to reduce the minimum height requirements of the machine by placing the bottom outlet directly underneath the top inlet. Due to the two imbalance weight gravity motors mounted on the machine, the material churns in a circular motion, increasing throughput. Furthermore, you can customize the inlets and outlets of this dual-motor separator to fit your existing piping infrastructure.

One of the biggest customization that is offered by the Galaxy Sivtek is the specific height of the deck specially designed according to the customers requirement and the space available at the manufacturing unit. The minimum height of the deck can be up to 450 to 500mm.
SIVTEK 360 Discharge Separator® is uniquely designed in a way that it can discharge oversized particles by rotating the screening material 360 degrees around the periphery of the screen. As the oversized particles of the screening material do not deposit on the periphery of the screen, it considerably enhances the discharge capacity of the machine.
At Galaxy Sivtek we provide motors as per customers’ requirements like IP55, IP66 which means they are dust proof and waterproof and if customer want flameproof motors, so we provide Atex certified flameproof motor also.
At Galaxy Sivtek we offer various customization to improve the quality of the product, increase throughput, deblinding arrangements, like the mesh deblinding kit, CIP system, etc. There are also material handling options available like that screw conveyor, bucket elevator, powder transfer system, etc.
All the machines from Galaxy Sivtek are FDA and cGMP certified for the food processing and pharmaceutical processing, all the deblinding arrangement and the mesh are food and pharma safety compliant. For the deblinding arrangement also, we provide the ultrasonic Sivtek for fine particles.
