Super Sivtek®

Super Sivtek Separators are high-powered vibrating sieving machines that generate three times more vibration than conventional sieving machine. With its high-powered capabilities, Super Sivtek produces ultra-fine mesh with a higher throughput every time.

This vibratory sieve provides finesse and accuracy, enabling various particle gradations to be precisely separated in one operation. With its circular vibratory screen, it can sieve 500 units without breakdown. Machine vibrations are generated by weight mounted shaft ends attached to the vibratory agent. During screening, the upper weight directs the material to the periphery, while the lower weight vibrates it vertically. As a result, you can calibrate the upper and lower weights to provide your product with optimal screening behavior.

The Super Sivtek® can generate Three times more vibrations than a conventional vibro sifter, which can deliver higher throughput and increased efficiency with ultra-fine mesh compared as compared to the same size gyratory separator.
In conventional vibro sifter we use vibratory motor whereas in Super Sivtek® we use conventional induction motor or Gyro motor which is separately configured with the vibratory body and is rub with the help of belt and pully mechanism.
