With Galaxy Sivtek’s Super Gyratory Screener you can double the efficiency of your screening process. Our Gyratory Screener can increase your productivity as well as reduce your power consumption.  The machine screens wet, dry, coarse, fine, hot, and cold materials efficiently, regardless of their nature.      

Using our Super gyratory screener, we are able to generate twice as much vibration as conventional screening machines. This separator is designed to provide higher throughput through its circular motion and motorized top and bottom weights. This allows it to improve its screening process.

The circular motion of the screener evenly distributes the screening material across the coarse mesh. Material spread evenly on the screen can maximize its performance. Due to its eccentric weights on either side of the motion generator shaft, our Super Gyratory Separator is able to produce such high-intensity vibrations. Material is distributed over the screen by the top weight, but it is tilted to generate vertical vibrations by the bottom weight.

The Super Gyro Separator® is customizable up to 5 levels for grading the material in 6 levels, the major USP of Galaxy Sivtek is that we offer customizable heights of the decks, depending upon the height available for the machine. These decks also come with option of different finishes for contact and non-contact parts, depending upon the requirements.
It is suitable for both dry and wet applications, the Sivtek Super Gyro Separator® can be used in food industry, pharmaceutical industry, mineral and metals industry, plastic, pigment industry, etc.
The Sivtek Super Gyro Separator® can sieve from 10mm to 25 Micron screen or 500µ, easily for a range of materials having higher to lower bulk density. This gives us a wider range of applications to cater and provide solutions. These meshes are FDA and cGMP compliant to maintain the hygienic and quality standards.
Depending upon the application and the feeding angle the Galaxy Sivtek has ingenuously designed a transfer chute which is attached to the end of the deck which directs the flow of the material to the centre of the mesh.
The Sivtek Super Gyro Separator® can generate Two times more vibrations than a Sivtek Vibro Separator®, which can deliver higher throughput and increased efficiency with ultra-fine mesh as compared to the same size gyratory separator.
At Galaxy Sivtek we provide motors as per customers’ requirements like IP55, IP66 which means they are dust proof and waterproof and if customer want flameproof motors, so we provide Atex certified flameproof motor also.
