With the Sivtek Maximizer Deck, you can significantly increase your throughput without having to alter your vibratory separators.
By using the ‘Cascade System’, this machine was designed to sieve a higher amount of material in an accurate and precise manner. The incredible thing about this additive machine is that it can easily be mounted on your existing grading machine like a sieve deck. Fits round separators with diameters ranging from 48″ to 60″.
In addition to screening powdered materials, Maximizer Decks also screen materials whose particle size is too close to the mesh aperture. Due to the difficulty of screening such materials and the time it takes to pass through the mesh, having an extra screen area can significantly increase your throughput.
With the Maximizer Deck, you simply attach another screen above the existing one of your vibratory separator. As a result, you are able to screen your material on two screens, mounted one above the other, with the upper screen being slightly smaller than the lower one. Those particles that pass through the upper screen are immediately discharged through the discharge spout. The ones that don't get passed on to the second screen are sieved again and the oversized particles that accumulate as a result are discharged.
Since the Maximizer Deck is mounted above your existing vibro separator, it effectively doubles the area available for screening.
Just like a standard sieve deck, it can easily be mounted on your existing grading machine. The separator can be fitted to round separators with diameters ranging from 48" to 60".
With double the screening area, more material can be screened in less time. Our Maximizer Decks can increase your capacity to up to 70%.
Adding a new machine to increase your throughput would also increase your maintenance costs. Comparatively, the Maximizer Deck requires very little extra investment and operates at a lower power level.
