LINEAR MOTION VIBRATING SCREEN FOR OPTIMUM GRADATION
Linea Sivtek has two motor shafts attached at an inclination angle. By synchronizing the two motors, the eccentric block generates exciting force in a parallel direction to the motor axis that cancels each other out. Material moves in a straight line due to the stacking force acting perpendicularly to the shaft of the motor. In a linear motion, the screening material is thrown upwards by the exciting force and its own gravity.

The rectangular separator can be used for both wet, dry, and abrasive applications, it is ideal for industries like iron & minerals, chemical, pharmaceutical, waste management, mining, and food & beverages. They have a high fluid capacity with low headroom requirements. It can efficiently process dilute slurries and low amounts of oversized particles.
There are multiple customization available for the Horizontal vibrating screens such as the clean in place system, mesh deblinding kit, adjustable deck height, etc. these customization are all done depending upon the customer requirement, and material to be processed.
Maximum of two levels of gradation can be achieved by the horizontal vibrating screen, with adjustable deck heights and the input & output requirement by the customers. These gradations also differ product to product.
Several deblinding arrangements are available for the rectangular vibrating screen, like the ball and tray arrangement, magnetic hammer arrangement, etc. These arrangements keep the mesh form clogging, having less effect on the throughput and efficiency.
The horizontal vibrating screen has a unique feature, the speed of the entire machine can be increased and decreased by 2 methods, first being the machine, the angle of the machine can be increased and decreased depending upon the desired speed of the material flow. The second adjustment that can be made is in the vibration motors lead angle, which would increase or decrease the speed of the material flow on the screen.
The major difference between the Linea Sivtek and the rectangular separator is the placement of the vibration motors. In the Linea Sivtek the motors are place on the side of the machine and in the rectangular separator the motors are strategically placed at the under body of the machine. Both the machine has their advantages, it is just depending on the customer and the application which machine can be used.
